Maitland, FL | Full-Time, Onsite | MonFri, 9AM6PM | Base + Commission Paid Weekly Do you like talking to people and want to make really good money doing it? This job could change your life. At Debt Collectors International (DCI), we help businesses get paid money they are owed. We are growing fast and need sharp, motivated people to join our sales team in Maitland, FL. (We do not offer remot opportunities) You do NOT need to be a sales expert to apply. We will teach you everything. If you are coachable, energetic, hungry to earn, and extremely comfortable on the phone, you belong here. WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY Your job is to call business owners and decision-makers, find out if they need our services, and either connect them live to one of our closers or schedule a meeting. That's it.

• Make outbound phone calls to business owners who may need debt collection help
• Ask the right questions to find out if they are a good fit for DCI
• Book meetings or do live transfers to our closing team
• Keep track of your calls and leads in our CRM system (we will train you on this)
• Practice your skills daily roleplay, script drills, and coaching every day
• Learn from our top closers by sitting in on calls and meetings

YOUR TRAINING & CAREER PATH This is not just a smile and dial situation. This is a launchpad. Over the first 90 days, you will be taught how to prospect, greet, qulify, present a proposal, follow up, handle objections, and close. You will transition from live transfers to solo closing. WHAT YOU CAN EARN Here is the breakdown of how pay works at DCI: (Hourly + Commission)
• You get a base hourly rate guaranteed money every week
• You earn a percentage of the fee generated on closed deals by the closer
• The more you produce, the more you make there is no cap
