Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized packaging solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in flexible packaging or related industry sales

• Less than $400K: Not eligible
• $400K-$2.5M: 0.8%
• $2.5M+: 1.2%
• Uncapped earning potential
