Sign Sales Rep Landover, MD A successful commercial signage company in Landover, MD is actively searching for a energetic Sign Sales Rep. Day to day activities include seeking out new project opportunities, developing client relationships and servicing referral accounts. What begins as a salaried position will evolve into a commission- structured compensation plan, with opportunities for increased earning as well as performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage all phases of commercial sign projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct project closing procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial sales in some capacity.
• Strong knowledge of standard construction project management practices.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation plan.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially adhering to time-sensitive deadlines.
• Basic MS Office competency
• High School diploma (College degree preferred but not required).
