At Curvy Plastic Surgery , we are seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the medical aesthetics industry. You will play a key role in helping clients take the next step toward their cosmetic goals by guiding them through available procedures and closing qualified leads. If you have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and enjoy working in a high-energy sales environment this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Handle outbound calls with potential clients interested in cosmetic or dental surgeries.
• Build rapport, understand client needs, and recommend the best procedure options.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance. What We're Looking For
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.

• Guaranteed minimum weekly salary of $600 USD
