Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Kitchen Remodeling Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote high-end kitchen renovation solutions, providing expert guidance on layout design, lighting, and interior enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to drive business growth through inside and outside sales channels. Experience in construction, remodeling, or retail sales is preferred, along with the ability to manage account relationships and upsell premium products and services. Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their kitchen remodeling needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, including layout design sketches using SketchUp or CAD software, highlighting features such as lighting design and interior aesthetics.
• Develop detailed proposals that incorporate remodeling concepts, construction options, lighting solutions, and interior design elements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal closing strategies to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Upsell premium products and services by identifying client needs for high-end finishes, lighting sales, or additional remodeling features.
• Manage account relationships through effective communication skills and organizational skills to foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project specifications align with client expectations and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends in renovation, construction sales, merchandising, and product demos to enhance sales techniques.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions including cash handling when necessary.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events or merchandising activities to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, interior design, or construction sales with a focus on remodeling projects.
• Technical proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, lighting design software, or related tools is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing in high-end or retail environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers.
• Knowledge of retail math, merchandising strategies, and product demos relevant to kitchen remodeling products.
• Background in renovation or construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong interest in interior design or remodeling is essential.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts and project timelines effectively.
• Ability to perform inside sales activities such as customer service support and account management while maintaining professional presentation standards.
