Sales Apprentice (6-Figure Fast Track) The Chimney Guys - Pataskala, OH $18-$23/hr - up to $100K+ income potential in Year 1 as a Lead

• Not Everyone Will Make It Through This Program We're building the next generation of top-performing Sales Technicians - and we're only looking for people who want to win, grow fast, and earn at a high level. This is a 6-month proving ground , not a "training job."
• Perform to get promoted
• Master the system to earn 6 figures

• Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close
• After 6 months:
• CSIA Certified (required)
• Running your own jobs
• Full commission structure unlocked
• 6-figure income path activated
• What You'll Be Doing
• Ride along with top Sales Leads and learn in-home sales + inspections
• Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education
• Learn how to diagnose problems and present solutions that close
• Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle
• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work in the field (homes, roofs, all weather)
