Real Estate Sales Agent | Luxury & Distinctive Properties A select Central Ohio real estate team is expanding and seeking a polished, motivated, and dependable agent who values exceptional service and wants to build a meaningful career within a high-performing environment. Our team represents residential clients throughout Central Ohio, with a focus on luxury homes, rural estates, relocation, and distinctive properties. Every client and property is approached with thoughtful strategy, elevated marketing, and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and team members
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in a timely manner
• Conduct property research, prepare market analysis, and negotiate offers
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, showings, inspections, and client appointments
• Maintain accurate notes and activity within the team CRM
• Represent the team with professionalism, discretion, and integrity Who We're Looking For
• Active Ohio real estate license
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with accountability
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and sound judgment
• A genuine commitment to providing an elevated client experience
• Prior real estate or sales experience is helpful but not required What We Offer

This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity for someone prepared to contribute, grow, and consistently show up for their clients and team. We are intentionally selective and focused on finding the right long-term fit. Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
