Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting solutions tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals using persuasive techniques and active listening skills
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update client information accurately
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop outreach strategies
• Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and expanding existing accounts Skills
