Duties

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Accurately operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and lottery transactions
• Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Prepare coffee and assist with basic food service as needed
• Verify IDs and comply with all tobacco and alcohol sales regulations
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures Experience
• Previous retail sales experience, especially in grocery stores or convenience stores, is highly preferred
• Supervising experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential
• Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base effectively
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities are required to create positive interactions
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and managing retail math calculations confidently
