The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, people-first sales professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. This isn't an entry-level "welcome desk" role. This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll own your pipeline, control your income, and grow alongside a company that rewards performance. If you've got proven B2C sales experience, a genuine passion for people, and you're hungry to win we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Own your daily outreach: prospecting, lead generation, and referral development Lead personalized tours that convert guests into committed members Conduct a minimum of 5 appointments per day with prospects and existing members Generate at least 3 new leads daily through active community and in-club engagement Enroll members into Champions Training and Personal Training programs Manage front desk operations and deliver a consistently excellent member experience Keep the facility clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times What We're Looking For At least 1 year of B2C sales experience this is non-negotiable. You know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close. Experience in fitness, wellness, or a service-based industry is a strong plus You're competitive by nature and motivated by what you earn You show up with energy, take coaching seriously, and find solutions instead of excuses You can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed You're available for a 40-hour week, including at least one weekend day What You'll Earn Most sales jobs cap you. This one doesn't. Our pay structure is hourly versus commission-based, and your income is a direct reflection of your effort. Reps who dial in their process earn $60,000$78,000 per year. Our top performers don't ask what the ceiling is they already blew past it at $100,000+/year. If you're the kind of person who keeps score, you'll fit right in.
