About Mowood Mowood is a fast-growing Japanese-style donut and matcha store in the heart of Redmond, WA. We handcraft nama donuts fresh every morning and serve stone- milled ceremonial grade matcha drinks that keep our customers coming back. Who We're Looking For We need a Front of House Manager who brings genuine energy to work every single day. Someone who lights up a room, makes every customer feel welcome, and sets the tone for the entire front-of-house team through their own attitude and presence. What You'll Do

• Lead and energize the front-of-house team across all shifts
• Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality customer service and model that behavior for your team
• Train, coach, and develop front staff to meet Mowood's service standards
• Manage daily opening and closing operations hold yourself and your team accountable
• Interview, onboard, and build the FOH team with ownership support
• Resolve customer issues on the spot with confidence and care
• Work closely with ownership to continuously improve front-of-house SOP
• Develop a Shift Lead to maintain standards when you're off duty What We're Looking For

• Experience managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced, high-volume food & beverage environment
• Strong training instincts you can show someone how to do something and make it stick
• Proactive problem-solver you see what needs to be done and you do it
• Organized, reliable, and consistent opening and closing standards are always met
• Comfortable working weekends (FridaySunday required)

Compensation

• $23$25/hour base pay (based on experience)
• Tips shared across the team each shift
• Sales commission 3% shift commission pool + 1% monthly sales bonus
• Estimated total compensation: $30$35+/hour Schedule
• ~40 hours/week
• FridaySunday full shifts required
