Responsibilities

:

• Connect with potential AT&T; customers and build positive, professional relationships
• Make sure customers accounts are taken care and troubleshoot when needed
• Explain AT&T;'s fiber, wireless, and home technology services in a clear and helpful way
• Assist customers through the process of opening or upgrading their residential accounts
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals while maintaining strong customer service
• Manage a designated territory to ensure consistent outreach and coverage
• Stay informed about AT&T; products, promotions, and service updates
• Track activity and results to help the team continue improving performance
• Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions
