• Vision insurance We are an industrial distributor, specializing in precision measuring instrument sales, service and calibration, currently seeking an Expeditor/ Purchasing and Sales Support Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

:

• Support purchase order processing and acknowledgment workflows
• Receive and review order acknowledgments for accuracy
• Ensure products and orders are tracked, updated, and delivered on time
• Track orders from placement to fulfillment
• Document and update customer and vendor records based on interactions
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding order status
• Communicate with management regarding delays or discrepancies
• Assist with generating service quotes and order acknowledgments
• Support management and sales staff with various clerical duties related to purchasing and customer service

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, Logistics, Purchasing, Account Management or similar related experienc
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-up
• Multi-task oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
