JPosition Type: Full-time, Hourly Location: In Office; Auburn, WA Wage Scale: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour + possibility of commission

: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of paid vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled showroom customers by identifying needs and guiding product selection.
• Provide customers accurate product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
• Support senior sales staff with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Support lead generation efforts through outbound calls, email follow-up, and customer engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with order entry, quote preparation, and ensuring completeness of sales documentation
• Assists in maintaining showroom appearance, product displays, samples, and sales materials.
• Provide administrative support for showroom and sales rep needs.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills.
• Customer service or retail experience.
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills.
