Job Description

: We are currently seeking a professional, high-energy Automotive BDC Agent to join our team in Doral. Please note: This is a hybrid front-facing role physically located at our dealership's main entrance desk. You will be the face and voice of SuperAutos Miami, responsible for executing high-volume outbound/inbound phone campaigns (80-100 calls/day) to convert digital leads into appointments, while simultaneously managing the reception area and warmly greeting walk-in showroom traffic. To succeed in this role, you must possess an exceptional phone presence, professional face-to-face customer service skills, and be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

:

• Reception & Front Desk: Physically sit at the main entrance desk, warmly greet all walk-in clients, and efficiently route them to available Sales Advisors.
• Lead Management: Promptly respond to all incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages.
• Outbound Contact: Conduct high-volume outbound calling and follow up with prospective customers in our database to secure appointments.
• CRM Tracking & Main Line: Meticulously log all customer interactions, traffic, and appointment statuses in our CRM, while managing the main multi-line phone system.

Requirements

:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive BDC, internet sales, telemarketing, or high-volume call center environment. Front desk or receptionist experience is a strong plus.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required.
• Phone & Presentation: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, confidence handling 80-100 calls per day, and a professional appearance for face-to-face customer interactions.
• Documentation: Valid Florida Driver's License and legal authorization to work in the United States. Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Our peak productivity hours)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Days Off: Sundays off (This is a full 6-day work week position).

Compensation

& Pay Structure: Our aggressive pay structure directly rewards your ability to drive traffic to the dealership floor:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $2,000 per month.
• Appointment Show Bonus: $15 for every customer who shows up to their scheduled appointment.
• Vehicle Sold Bonus: $100 additional for every customer who shows up and purchases a vehicle.
• Weekly Performance Bonuses (Based on total weekly appointment shows):
• 10 Shows in 1 week = $100 Cash Bonus
• 13 Shows in 1 week = $150 Cash Bonus
• 15+ Shows in 1 week = $200 Cash Bonus

• This position is located physically at the dealership's front entrance desk, combining high-volume BDC phone work (80-100 calls/day) with face-to-face receptionist duties.
