A Japanese electronic components manufacturer is seeking an Administrator & Inside Sales Salary : 47K-52K/year Administrative Operation

• Order confirmations to customers
• Sales order entry
• Placing purchase orders to SD Japan
• Daily shipment orders to the warehouse
• Issuing invoices
• Accounts receivable recording and cash application
• Accounts receivable follow-up for overdue invoices
• Accounts payable recording and payments to supplier accounts
• Expense reporting
• Preparation of accounting-related documents and reporting (preparation of financial statements themselves is outsourced).
• Support for bookkeeping (bookkeeping itself is outsourced).
• Support for tax-related processes (tax return filing itself is outsourced).
• Other accounting- and tax-related matters. Human Resources
• Employment agreements, labor-law related matters
• Support for recruitment
• Support for expatriates (visa, apartments, wage tax, health insurance, etc.)
• Other HR-related matters (annual holidays, attendance records, sick leave, workers' accident reports to HQ, etc.) Customer Management
• Report customer FCST, production schedule
• Negotiate for leveling production
• Supplier portal operation and management (logistics related items) Office Software
• Excel (Pivot, vlookup, sumif, others)
• Power Point
• Word
• Cloud tools (Microsoft 365, Space Finder, others) General Office Support
