Job Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead and oversee landscaping services for our valued clients. In this role, you will manage multiple accounts, coordinate crews, and ensure the delivery of exceptional outdoor maintenance solutions. Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews to deliver high-quality lawn care, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping services across various client sites.
• Coordinate projects related to landscaping, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Manage daily operations including crew scheduling, equipment allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify plants accurately to guide proper horticultural practices and advise clients on landscape improvements.
• Operate company vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently during outdoor work activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor landscape conditions, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Foster teamwork through effective crew management, mentorship, and leadership to motivate staff toward excellence in service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, client communications, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes. Skills

• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and horticulture principles.
• Proven supervising experience with team management skills that inspire productivity and professionalism.
• Strong plant identification abilities coupled with expertise in grounds maintenance equipment operation.
• Ability to operate a variety of outdoor tools including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and ground-penetrating equipment safely.
• Leadership qualities that promote a positive team environment while ensuring high standards of quality work.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation.
