Overview

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Tier 1 Automotive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our sales department and clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient management of sales processes, and the achievement of business development goals. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your organizational skills, will help drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships across diverse markets. Responsibilities

:

• Prepare and release of costing documents and processing of bills for tools and others
• Create, manage and distribute sample forms and forms
• Responsible for customer portals and delivery notes
• Commercial processing of changes to series parts as well as new parts
• Maintain SP (material master, customers, prices, )
• Contact person for customers (by phone and in writing)
• Tracking and evaluation of the offer entry
• General correspondence Additional Tasks
• Collaboration with Key Account Manager projects Skills & Competencies
• Commercial education
• First experience in similar role, e.g.: Assistant Sales, Back Office Sales
• Independent way of working and structured working style
• Experience in working with SAP
