Overview

5 day work week. Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be the key to connecting customers with their perfect vehicle, providing exceptional service, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence. Whether engaging in B2B (business- to-business) or retail sales, your ability to build relationships and close deals will be essential. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline
• Conduct high-end passenger car sales by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and demonstrating value propositions effectively
• Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing engagement
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize deal closing potential and enhance customer experience
• Support inventory management by coordinating with the sales team to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and personalized assistance throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and public speaking abilities
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and support sales team management efforts
• Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, upselling, and deal closing techniques is highly desirable
