What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional client experience from greeting to follow-up.
• Guide customers through important purchases, including engagement rings, anniversary gifts, fashion jewelry, and custom creations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry services.
• Utilize company tools and systems to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Assist customers with repair consultations and service needs.
• Support merchandising, store presentation, and daily operational tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and welcoming store environment. What We're Looking For
• Proven success in sales, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, bridal, specialty retail, or other relationship-driven sales environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A self-starter who is motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
• Positive attitude and strong cultural fit within a family-oriented team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
