As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to connect with independent insurance agencies across North America and introduce them to Agent Connect Quotes' exclusive lead generation services. You'll build relationships with agency owners, demonstrate the value of our high-quality insurance leads, and help agencies grow their business by becoming long-term clients. This is a 100% commission-based position , making it ideal for experienced sales professionals, self-starters, and entrepreneurs who are confident in their ability to earn based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and contact insurance agencies through outbound phone calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
• Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers.
• Present Agent Connect Quotes' lead generation solutions and explain how our services help agencies increase sales and revenue.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and nurture leads through the sales process.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Accurately document client interactions, proposals, and account activity.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new agency partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in B2B sales, insurance sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Insurance industry knowledge is an asset but not requiredwe provide product training.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• 100% Commission Only
