You'll become a trusted partner to OEM customers, working with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and executive teams to develop new products, solve manufacturing challenges, and bring innovative ideas to market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Work with customers from concept through prototype development and production.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate projects with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
• Represent Teak Isle during customer visits and industry trade shows. What We're Looking For
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with an interest in manufacturing processes.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, manufacturing, or the marine industry.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings preferred; CAD experience is a plus.
• Marine industry experience or a passion for boating is highly valued. Why Teak Isle?
