Compensation

• Commission-Based Earning
• Expected first-year earnings: $60,000$900,000+.
• Agents typically increase earnings significantly after year one through coaching, additional divisions, revenue share, and investment opportunities. Additional earning pathways include:

Qualifications

• Realtor Licensed In Florida
• Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (or in process)
• Motivated and coachable
• Goal-driven with strong communication skills
