Duties

• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions to foster interest
• Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget to tailor property recommendations
• Assist in marketing properties through open houses, virtual tours, and social media outreach to attract potential buyers
• Collaborate with listing agents, buyers' agents, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions
• Stay informed on current real estate market analysis, industry trends, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate guidance
• Manage real estate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. Experience
• Prior experience practicing real estate is required.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closing
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption tools to streamline client communication and marketing efforts
• Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and administrative experience to handle multiple showings efficiently
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
