Carolina Marketing Company, Inc. is a full-service publishing and advertising company with 20+ years serving southeastern North Carolina. We produce trusted regional lifestyle magazines including Wrightsville Beach Magazine, Topsail Magazine, North Brunswick Magazine, South Brunswick Magazine, SPT OKI Magazine, and Wilmington Today along with custom print and digital projects. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Advertising Account Executive to grow with our team. You'll prospect and develop new advertising clients through cold calling, networking, and community outreach, manage and grow an existing book of local and regional accounts, present and sell integrated print and digital advertising solutions including geofencing, programmatic, social media, and direct mail campaigns, build long-term relationships with local businesses across Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender counties and coordinate with editorial and design teams to deliver campaigns that perform. We're looking for proven outside sales experience; media or advertising background preferred. No call reluctance you're comfortable picking up the phone and walking in cold, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline independently. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms a plus. Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent Base pay is $40,000 plus commission and bonuses.
