Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively following up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide friendly and accurate customer service , addressing inquiries about quotes, coverages, and policy changes.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a supportive work environment.
• Develop expertise in State Farm products to deliver personalized solutions and grow within the agency.
