About the Role

: Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Front Host + Sales Leader) As a GLO30 Aesthetic Sales Consultant, you're the face of the GLO30 experience. You'll welcome guests, educate them on their skincare journey, and help them become lifelong members. This role combines sales, service, and leadershipideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment. You'll guide guests through consultations, connect them with the right treatment plan, and inspire them to join the GLO30 movement through education and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

: Deliver a 5-Star Member Experience

• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment where every guest feels seen, cared for, and valued.
• Personalize every consultation by listening, educating, and recommending treatment paths aligned with their skincare goals. Drive Membership Growth
• Convert new guests into Members through confident, educational, and trust-driven conversations.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and average ticket values. Upsell + Cross-Sell Treatments + Products
• Recommend add-on treatments and homecare essentials to enhance results.
• Educate guests on the benefits of consistency and why the GLO30 membership model delivers better skin long-term. Support Studio Operations
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling efficiently.
• Coordinate with nurses and estheticians to keep the studio flow seamless and professional.
• Maintain GLO30's standard of cleanliness and modern aesthetic at the front desk and treatment areas. Collaborate + Lead
• Participate in daily team huddles and goal reviews.
• Partner with management on KPIs, performance goals, and team energy.
• Be a culture driverpositive, professional, and passionate about the GLO30 brand. What We're Looking For
• Education: High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred (but a growth mindset and enthusiasm go even further).
• Skills: Strong communicator, confident in building trust, motivated by goals, and naturally service-oriented.
• Professionalism: Polished, dependable, and detail-drivensomeone who loves structure and excellence.
