T hreadwell Clothiers is a custom clothing company with two office locations (one downtown Columbus and one in New Albany). We create custom clothes that focus on fit- not on trends- and we help our clients find confidence in a custom suit. We are looking for a motivated individual that wants to work 9-4 Monday through Friday in an office setting(based out of New Albany, Ohio) coordinating appointments and learning about the sales process for our custom clothing company for the first 3-6 months. Long term (after 3-6 months depending on performance) this person would become a full time salesperson for Threadwell Clothiers (earning 20% uncapped commission on custom clothing sales). We need someone who can learn on the spot, retain information, and use our client relationship management system (Pipedrive) with training we will provide. This position works closely with the owner of the company, shadowing the owner at their sales meetings, and learning how to take notes- this will include learning how to measure clients for custom fit, how to record details for suits, learning about pricing, and the whole sales process around the custom clothing we sell (anything from custom suits to custom jeans and custom shoes). This opportunity is for $15/hour, plus 5% commission on the sales meetings that the sales trainee sets for the owner (using the owner's pipeline of clients). This includes being able to spot who needs attention (who has been sitting untouched in the CRM) and who needs follow ups to confirm an appointment gets scheduled and follow through on the sale. This is a W-2 position, which includes paid holidays (during the Monday-Friday 9-4 work week), time off on request with notice, free suit after two months sales goals met, and monthly incentives for sales goals (free suit or bonus). Pay: From $15.00 per hour
