About the Role

This is not a front-desk job. This is a CALL CENTER sales position Your responsibility is simple: Convert consultations into paid treatment plans. If you can't sell, this role will expose you fast. If you can sell, this is a serious income opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Present cosmetic treatment plans (veneers, smile makeovers, whitening, etc.)
• Convert leads and in-office consultations into closed cases
• Explain pricing, financing options, and value clearly and confidently
• Follow up relentlessly with unsold consultations (calls, texts, emails)
• Track leads, consults, and conversions in CRM/software
• Coordinate schedules with doctors and clinical team
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional, luxury-level patient experience Required Experience
• 1 year in sales (dental, medical, cosmetic, or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Strong closing skills objections don't scare you
• Experience with financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable discussing $5,000$25,000+ treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish strongly preferred)
• Organized, driven, and emotionally intelligent

Compensation

• Base Pay + Commission
• High performers earn $70,000$100,000+ annually
