Responsibilities

:

• Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client base.

• Nurture client relationships through consistent communication via phone and email.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track your progress and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a supportive environment.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from experienced agents.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
