Hacienda Mexican Foods is looking for a dependable, motivated Route Sales Delivery Driver to manage an established delivery route throughout Metro Detroit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, consistency, and relationship-building and who wants their effort to directly impact their income. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Deliver and merchandise a full line of tortilla and tortilla chip products to a variety of retail locations, including convenience stores, grocery stores, mass merchandisers, and independent retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and shipping and receiving personnel.
• Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales volume.
• Execute in-store sales promotions and displays
• Take accurate orders from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and make recommendations for optimal stock levels.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and transportation regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the company vehicle.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays-Saturdays.If you are unable to work weekend, DO NOT APPLY.

Qualifications

: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary chauffeur's/commercial driver's license (CDL) endorsements. Ability to frequently lift 20 lbs, may be up to 40 lbs. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
