What You Will Do

• Prepare for every appointment - know the product, know the guest, respect their time
• Guide guests through the full sales process with clarity: options, pricing, financing, and timelines
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives that highlight what makes BMW exceptional
• Track every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
• Negotiate with integrity - find the right deal for the guest and the dealership
• Support dealership goals through professional presentation and adherence to our standards
• Partner closely with Finance to ensure a seamless delivery experience

What You Bring

Must have:

• A hospitality mindset - kindness, optimism, empathy, integrity, and follow-through
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfort with digital tools and consistent CRM discipline
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong plus:
• 1+ year of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Passion for the BMW brand and luxury automotive
• Proven track record of 12-15+ units per month or comparable performance metrics
