Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement, guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process with enthusiasm and expertise. Your passion for automobiles combined with excellent communication skills will help you build lasting relationships, close deals efficiently, and contribute to the dealership's success. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate sales opportunities
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers in a clear, persuasive manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up communication
• Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options, ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by the dealership
• Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties or vehicle accessories to maximize sales potential
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership-wide sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Experience
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with automotive financing options, inventory management, CRM software, and dealership operations
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high-end or passenger car sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for automotive industry sales is essential
