Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the importance of financial literacy, life insurance, and retirement strategies.
• Help families protect their income, assets, and legacy through tailored insurance solutions.

• Attend Networking events to build team camaraderie and clientele.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that maximize client impact.
• Stay current with financial service trends and industry products through ongoing training.

Compensation

• Income Range: based on commission with no caps (average agent makes between 2,000 - 10,000 monthly and up to 250,000 yearly). Driven licensed agents have no income cap.
