Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized service and expert advice.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales efforts to identify and attract new clients through various channels including telemarketing and community outreach
• Engage in retail sales activities by presenting insurance options that meet client needs
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure favorable agreements for clients while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Analyze customer data and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies and improve sales performance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information
• Collaborate with the benefits administration team to tailor insurance packages that align with client requirements
• Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients about product features, benefits, and coverage options in a clear and professional manner Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, insurance sales, or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client information
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs, market data, and competitive landscape for strategic decision-making
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products effectively
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to handling sensitive health information is preferred
