What You'll Do

as an Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Represent AT&T; as an Authorized Dealer by educating customers on the latest wireless, internet, and fiber solutions.
• Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best AT&T; products and services.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while confidently achieving individual sales goals.
• Answer customer questions regarding AT&T; services, promotions, and account options.
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Representatives and leadership to exceed team performance goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest AT&T; technology, promotions, and product launches through ongoing training.
• Develop valuable communication, leadership, and sales skills that can accelerate your career. What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required, we provide comprehensive training.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
