Entry to mid level Sales Representative We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented sales representative. We have multiple product lines that are sold through both B2C and B2B channels. This position will be primarily responsible for entering orders into our system, resolving order discrepancies, finalizing order fulfilment through our customer portal, and handling a large number of dealer and consumer inquiries via phone and email on a daily basis. This position requires you to be genuinely excited to help customers. Patience, ambition, empathy, and clear communication are requirements of success in this position. We expect to deliver excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Make outbound calls to new and familiar customers
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Go the extra mile to engage customers - have fun and be professional

Requirements

• Business to business (B2B) sales experience is strongly preferred
• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• High school degree
• Customer oriented; Adaptable to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Compensation

$17-21 per hour, plus commission. This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
