Commercial Producer, Middle Market, Large Commercial & Complex Risk Creekside Insurance | Raleigh, NC Most producer roles sound the same. THIS ONE IS NOT! If you are curious, competitive, coachable, and serious about building something meaningful, this may be a fit. Creekside Insurance is looking for a Commercial Lines Producer who wants to build more than a book of business. We are looking for someone who wants to specialize, think strategically, and become dangerous in the details. We don't need someone who wants to sell on price. We want a strategist, a competitive risk advisor, in the middle-market and large commercial space. Creekside gives producers the systems, leadership opportunity, and support to compete for better accounts, build a focused niche, and grow a serious commercial book. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Build a pipeline of middle-market, large commercial, and complex-risk opportunities
• Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and advisors
• Lead consultative conversations around risk, coverage, contracts, claims, and long-term protection with business owners
• Identify gaps, exposures, bonding needs, loss control and risk transfer opportunities
• Work with Creekside's team and carrier partners to deliver strong client outcomes
• Build expertise in a focused industry vertical or specialty
• Represent Creekside professionally in the business community
• Maintain documentation and make communication a top priority with your team and clients WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Active P&C; license
• Proven success writing and retaining commercial accounts
• A person with impact, growth oriented, grit, leadership and a team mindset
