Duties

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and build a robust client base
• Conduct detailed analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable life insurance products that meet their goals and budgets
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining coverage options, and assisting with benefits administration
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that promote insurance products effectively across various channels
• Stay informed about industry regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance to ensure ethical practices in all client interactions Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products
• Strong negotiation abilities to close deals while maintaining client trust and satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are highly valued) for engaging diverse client populations
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client needs effectively
• Ability to perform marketing activities that attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Knowledge of benefits administration processes relevant to life insurance policies and benefits packages
