We're Hiring Sales Consultant | Quality Storage Buildings | Itasca, TX We've been building high-quality sheds, cabins, chicken coops, green houses since 1996. Family-owned. Strong reputation. Real lead flow. We are not looking for someone to take orders. We are looking for someone who can sell. COMPENSATION Commission starts at 5% and scales up to 6.5% based on monthly performance bonuses. Our lead volume supports $125,000+ a month for a rep who works it that's $75,000$97,000+ a year depending on where your rate lands. Top producers go higher. There is no ceiling. Schedule: MondaySaturday | Full-Time, In Person WHAT THIS JOB IS You will sell portable buildings to homeowners. Leads come to you online inquiries, calls, texts, and walk-ins. We generate strong inbound volume every month and invest real money to make that happen. Your job: reach them fast, find out what they need, confirm how they're paying, and close the sale. This is a closing role. If you're comfortable quoting a price and waiting for the customer to call you back, you will not make money here. WHO WINS HERE Picks up the phone without being told Brings up budget and payment early without flinching Asks for the order on the first call Works objections instead of folding on price Handles rejection, recovers fast, dials again Owns the result no blaming leads, price, or market Takes direct feedback and changes behavior WHO STRUGGLES HERE Skips discovery and rushes to a quote Gives a price, hears pushback, and lets them walk Needs to be liked more than they need to close WHAT WE REQUIRE 3+ years in a closing role (not appointment setting, not order taking) Documented record of hitting or exceeding quota be ready to give us the number 2+ years with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) 1+ year selling over the phone and by text Preferred but not required: durable goods, construction products, outdoor structures, rent-to-own, or financed consumer purchases. We'll teach you the product. We cannot teach you to close.
