Showing Agent Sarah Leonard Team | Legacy Properties Position

Overview

The Showing Agent is a licensed real estate professional who supports our lead agents by conducting property showings, attending inspections, and facilitating final walkthroughs. This role is focused on field execution and delivering a high-level client experience. The Showing Agent represents the Sarah Leonard Team in the field and is expected to uphold the team's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care at every appointment. Key ResponsibilitiesField Support

• Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the lead agent
• Attend home inspections as needed
• Facilitate final walkthroughs prior to closing
• Ensure properties are accessed and secured properly
• Provide timely feedback to the lead agent after appointments Client Experience
• Represent the Sarah Leonard Team brand with professionalism and confidence
• Answer general property questions during showings
• Ensure buyers feel supported and informed
• Communicate relevant updates to the lead agent promptly Administrative & Systems
• Log showing activity in CRM as required
• Follow team scheduling and confirmation protocols
• Coordinate lockboxes, access instructions, and showing details
• Maintain compliance with brokerage, MLS, and state guidelines Role Parameters
• This role does not negotiate contracts unless specifically directed
• The lead agent maintains ownership of the client relationship
• The Showing Agent operates under team direction and brokerage supervision

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Real Estate Broker license
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to manage evening and weekend appointments
• Detail-oriented and responsive
