SALES REPRESENTATIVE ORLANDO REGION Position: Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Location: Florida Territory: Orlando FLSA Status: Exempt Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: 50% - 70% within assigned territory POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory and works closely with internal teams to deliver effective lighting solutions, achieve sales objectives, and support long-term business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES New Business Development

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue goals.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to generate new business.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Account Management & Customer Growth
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding product solutions and applications. Sales Presentations & Solution Development
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements. Base Salary: Annual gross salary of $42,000 Commission Structure: 2.5-5% commission Work Schedule: TBD during final in-person interview Pay: $41,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
