Outside Sales Representative | $100K+ Potential | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Outside Sales Representative Residential Pest Control & Lawn Care Orlando, FL Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? Pest Bear is growing throughout the Orlando area and is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Outside Sales team. This is a field-based sales role where you'll meet with homeowners, educate them on Pest Bear's pest control and lawn care services, and help protect what matters most. • Base pay plus uncapped commissions

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Orlando market
• Meet with homeowners to discuss pest control and lawn care solutions
• Generate new customer accounts
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals We're Looking For
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
• Reliable transportation
