We're expanding our customer acquisition team and looking for a Customer Sales Associate (Arabic Required) who enjoys connecting with people and creating positive customer experiences. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll help customers explore AT&T; products and services, answer questions with confidence, and provide solutions that fit their everyday needs. If you're bilingual in Arabic and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable customer service and sales experience while growing your career. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product knowledge, and consultative sales techniques. Your ability to communicate in both Arabic and English will help customers feel comfortable while making informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person to understand their communication and connectivity needs.
• Explain AT&T; products and services in both Arabic and English when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while recommending personalized solutions.
• Build customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and account growth.
• Support daily sales goals through professional customer interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an engaging and welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

of the Customer Sales Associate:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-focused environment. Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
