What You'll Do

Your role is to create opportunity by setting qualified appointments for our agents through effective lead follow-up and conversion. You'll work with warm inbound leads, as well as re-engage past and prospective contacts across multiple platforms. Your daily focus will include:

• Responding to and qualifying inbound leads from online platforms and phone inquiries
• Making outbound prospecting calls to database leads, past customers, and cold/warm lists
• Using phone, text, email, and CRM tools to engage prospects consistently
• Setting appointments and tracking performance in our CRM
• Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly productivity targets What We're Looking For
• Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (required)
• Proven verbal communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
• Sales experience (real estate, inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B a plus)
• High comfort level making outbound calls for 67 hours/day
• A desire to grow, win, and be part of a high-performance team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
