Duties

and responsibilities

• Full cycle business development from sourcing a client to securing a purchase order to completion of project
• B2B channel management working with commercial developers and government municipalities
• Develop relationships with desired sales targets through cold calling, in person/virtual visits and networking.
• High touch pipeline management of current and potential customers
• CRM management - track, manage and collaborate via the sales management platform Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop business relationships.
• Passion for providing solutions to businesses and closing the deal.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented
• Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience
• Working knowledge of Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of CRM software preferred.
• Building/engineering fluency Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
