About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to support customer orders within a fast-paced aviation parts environment. This role is responsible for managing the order lifecycle after the quoting stage, maintaining customer communication, resolving order-related issues, and supporting successful order completion. This is a detail-oriented, high-volume role that requires strong multitasking abilities, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders after quotes are completed
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate order records
• Communicate with customers throughout the order process
• Support pricing discussions and negotiation activities
• Resolve order-related issues and customer concerns
• Assist with inquiries related to past orders
• Process exchanges, special orders, and customer requests
• Update customer accounts and order information within internal systems
• Support web and online purchasing customers
• Generate invoices and shipping documentation
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
• Conduct customer follow-ups and satisfaction surveys What We're Looking For
• Aviation experience required (aircraft parts or aviation purchase order experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, airline operations, dispatch, logistics, or aviation support environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Background check and drug screening required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within aviation, airlines, MRO environments, or aircraft parts operations
• Experience processing purchase orders or managing customer orders
• Experience working in customer-facing operational environments
