Sales Manager Doug's Mazda | Edmonds, WA Lead. Coach. Win. Doug's Mazda is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Mazda dealerships in the region. If you're a proven automotive leader who enjoys developing people, desking deals, building culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Desk and structure deals while maximizing every opportunity.
• Work alongside Finance to create a fast, transparent buying experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
• Drive accountability, follow-up, and daily sales performance.
• Create an environment where both customers and employees enjoy doing business. What We're Looking For
• Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
• Proven history of driving sales performance and developing people.
• Strong desking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
