Our high-performing mortgage team is growing, and we're looking to add an experienced Loan Officer who wants to focus on what they do best serving customers and mastering guidelines without the grind of self-sourcing business.

About the Role

This is an inside LO position covering the full loan lifecycle: pre-approvals, cost estimates, rate locks, and pre-approval structuring essentially everything from first contact with a warm, referred lead through locking the rate at accepted offer. Once your loan is locked and disclosures are issued, our operations team takes it from there. Schedule

• 4045 hours/week (remote friendly)
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• One evening shift per week (11 AM 8 PM)
• One weekend shift per month (offset with the following Thursday and Friday off) Who We're Looking For
• Licensed in PA, required
• LOs currently producing $5$20M in volume who are excellent with guidelines and customer service, but want to grow without having to generate more of their own referrals
• Anyone who is exceptional with clients and underwriting guidelines and prefers a structured, predictable schedule over prospecting If you currently have self-sourced production, you can bring it with you the team will support those clients during off-hours (cost estimates, pre- approvals) so you're not on call around the clock. • 8090% conventional, minimal jumbo/Non-QM
• Warm, high-quality purchase referrals no cold outreach required
• $15$30M in team-provided volume to work with

Compensation

100% commission, with BPS tied to team-provided volume and a higher BPS rate on any self-sourced business you bring. Final BPS structure is based on experience. Why Join Our Team
