ROOFING SALES MANAGER BUFFALO AREA / SOUTHERN TIER Big Rock Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Buffalo Area / Southern Tier market.

Compensation

:

• $75,000 to $150,000+ per year
• Based on experience and performance
• Additional bonus opportunities available based on sales and project performance We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in roofing sales, project management, installation coordination, account management, and team leadership.

Requirements

:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the roofing industry
• Proven experience managing a roofing company, roofing division, or roofing sales team
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Experience managing roofing projects from estimate through installation
• Ability to oversee crews, schedules, materials, and customer expectations
• Strong sales management and account management background
• Must be able to generate leads, close deals, and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

:

• Manage roofing sales operations in the Buffalo Area / Southern Tier market
• Oversee roofing projects, installations, and customer accounts
• Lead and support sales representatives and project managers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and crews
• Develop new business opportunities and grow market share
